What started as a water damage restoration project became a complete rebuild. We removed multiple matresses, bed springs, drywall, trash, and removed everything the homeowner wanted. We rebuilt two bathrooms from the ground up and transformed a former closet into a beautiful, functional kitchenette. We rebuilt the entire basement to a modern theme, and rebuilt custom shelves and rebuilt new stairs, doors and walls. Our team coordinated the electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and painting work while also communicating directly with the insurance company, so the homeowner didn't have to manage multiple contractors or insurance representatives. With the homeowner's approval every step of the way, we delivered a smooth restoration and a beautiful finished result.
